Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at ChineseWaterSports. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags and labels attached.

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products.

Intimate items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.

Clearance or final-sale items (if marked "non-refundable").

2. Return Process
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at yaozw@foxmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Step 2: We will review your request within 1 day and notify you if your return is approved.

Step 3: If approved, ship the item back to our return address (provided via email) and include the tracking number.

Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

3. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Processing times vary by payment provider.

Exchanges or store credit may be available upon request.

4. Shipping Costs
Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs for non-defective items.

Our responsibility: Free return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

5. Exceptions
Late or ineligible returns will not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us immediately with photos.
